This smoky, full-bodied Top Grade Rou Gui is a product of the famous Wu Yi mountain in Fujian Province. Apart from its Wu Yi characteristics, Rou Gui’s brew exhibits a hint of cinnamon in both its taste and aroma, which explains how this heavily fermented tea was given the name ‘Rou Gui’ [肉桂], or ‘cinnamon’.
