Touted as the “Emperor tea of Wuyi” and the best of the great four of Wuyi Mountain, this heavily fermented Oolong has captivated the taste buds of millions who savour its woody flavour. Its leaves are semi-oxidised (40%) tea to give a dark amber tint and an aroma of ripe fruit and wood. Though heavily roasted, its aroma remains soothing with a mellow finish.
