Question: How long would my online purchase take to deliver to the delivery address?

We would process your order the next working day (Monday to Friday) after receiving your online order. After which we would request for external courier service and the courier company would pick up your online purchase from our retail shop the next working day (Monday to Friday). The external courier company would deliver your online purchase the next working day (Monday to Friday). In another words, it would take around 3 working days (Monday to Friday) for your online purchase to be delivered to the mailing address.

 

Question: What if I need the tea leaves or tea utensils urgently.

We can arrange for same day courier at a cost of SGD $20.00

 

Question: What are the payment method available for my online purchase?

Currently we accept payment via PayNow (Direct Bank Transfer) or PayPal (Credit Card Payment)

 

Question: Can I self collect my online purchase at your retail shop?

Yes, you can place your order online and we would inform you via email when your order is ready for collection at our retail shop (Our retail shop operation hour is Sunday – Thursday (10.30am till 9.00pm) Friday – Saturday (10.30am till 10.30pm)

 

Question: Is there free delivery for my online purchase?

Free delivery is available for online purchase above SGD $100.00 (within mainland Singapore), above SGD $200.00 (oversea)

 

Question: If I am ordering from overseas, how long would it take for the delivery of my online purchase?

We would process your order the next working day (Monday to Friday) after receiving your online order. After which we would pack your online order with protection into carton box and take it to the Singapore Post for oversea posting. The delivery time would vary between different countries custom clearance and oversea logistics partners that Singapore Post is working with. We would  email you the website and tracking number so that you can check your online purchase oversea delivery progress.

Question: Do I have to pay for duties and taxes?

For orders within Singapore, all fees are included in the products, so there is no need for any additional payment for any form of duties and taxes.

For orders outside of Singapore, product prices exclude applicable duties and taxes (such as Goods & Services Tax).

Shipments to all other countries outside of Singapore will be made on a duties unpaid (DDU) basis, which means you are solely responsible for payment of any applicable duties and taxes upon receipt of your order. If you are purchasing from non DDP countries, you are the importer on record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. You may be subjected to import duties and taxes that are levied once the merchandise reaches your country which are payable by you. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.
