Phoenix Shrubbery is a semi-oxidised tea from the Fenghuang mountain of Guangdong province. Harvested from centurial tea trees, its tea carries a fruity and ginger-like aroma. It is commonly prepared using the Gongfu Cha method, and believed by the locals to be best drank from small porcelain or clay cups to savour its rich taste.
