Using top-quality Tie Guan Yin tea leaves, Guan Yin Wang undergoes a fermentation process shorter than that of the usual Tie Guan Yin. The lighter fermentation allows its drinker to truly appreciate its brewed aroma while offering a lighter taste, closer to that of green tea.
