Touted as the “Emperor Tea of Wuyi” and the best of the great four of Wuyi Mountain, Scarlet Robe is a heavily fermented Oolong has captivated the taste buds of millions who savour its woody flavour. Its leaves are semi-oxidised (40%) to give a dark amber tint and an aroma of ripe fruit and wood. Though heavily roasted, its aroma remains soothing with a mellow finish.
