One of Simao area’s specialty tea, this white tea is from Yunnan. Its naming comes from unconventional harvesting and manufacturing timings, which must be done in nights under the moonlight. The slow drying process under the gentle moonlight creates a light tea with subtle notes honey and young sprouts.
With different water temperatures, it creates an entirely different experience.
With 85°C water, the tea exhibits the subtle notes honey and young sprout previously mentioned.
With 100°C water, the tea transforms to a medium-bodied tea with strong honey notes, similar to that of black tea.
